Troubleshooting

When something goes wrong, the easiest order is still:

  1. check whether Bridge is running on the Mac
  2. check whether the iPhone can see the Host
  3. check whether the Project list is available
  4. check whether the logs show a clear error

Find the right page by symptom

  • QR or pairing does not work If Pairing Fails
  • the Host connects, but no Projects appear If Projects Do Not Appear
  • you want the most detailed cause first Check the Logs
  • the Host used to work, but suddenly stopped Reconnect or Pair Again

Places worth checking first

  • General in the Mac app
  • Logs in the Mac app
  • Details in the Mac app
  • Hosts on the iPhone

Because the real engine lives on the Mac, the Mac app is usually the shortest path when you are unsure.
